Major IT company in Letterkenny donates back-to-school essentials

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that it will support local families across Donegal as children prepare to return to school by partnering with Lifestart Services

This is the third consecutive year that TCS and Lifestart have collaborated on this initiative.

Building on the success of previous years, TCS colleagues came together to donate a range of essential back-to-school items, including school bags, lunchboxes, water bottles, stationery, and other classroom necessities.

The collaboration between TCS and Lifestart Services aims to help ease some of the financial pressures many families face at the start of the school year, ensuring children have the resources they need to begin the term feeling confident and prepared.

Speaking on the initiative, Leeanne Patterson, Head of Human Resources, TCS Global Delivery Centre, Letterkenny, said: "Supporting our local communities is an important part of who we are at TCS. We are delighted to continue our partnership with Lifestart Services and help make a positive difference for families across Donegal. We are incredibly proud of our colleagues who have once again shown such generosity and community spirit through their contributions."
