Penalty points have been issued to a learner motorcyclist found driving while using a phone.
According to An Garda Síochána, Naas Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in Caragh Village when they spotted the driver, who was subsequently stopped.
The motorcyclist was found to be a learner driver carrying a passenger and not wearing a tabard.
They were issued a €320 fine and 3 penalty points.
