A MAN has been arrested as part of investigations into a shooting incident that occurred in Co Wicklow.
The man, aged in his 40s, was arrested after a shooting incident and assault that occurred in Delgany, Co Wicklow on Thursday, December 14.
Earlier this morning, Gardaí carried out a total of six searches across Co Wicklow and Dublin as part of their investigations.
The man, aged in his 40s, is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a Garda Station in the Eastern Region.
