The 61-year-old man whose body was found yesterday in a pool of blood has been named as Michael Foley, whose younger brother was murdered in 2018.
Michael ‘Mickey’ Foley was found at a residence in Annville in Barrett’s Place, Macroom, Co Cork, at approximately 1pm on Tuesday. Mr Foley’s younger brother, Timmy, was murdered in 2018.
Timmy Foley was found by gardai in a pool of blood in a bungalow in Macroom, Co Cork. He was stabbed 28 times by his ex-wife, Rita O'Driscoll.
