Greggs store
Derry’s Foyleside has announced that a Greggs will be opening in the shopping centre.
This is the first store of the popular UK bakery to be opened in the city.
The Foyleside took to Facebook to announce the news and thanked ‘JIMJAMX’ for pushing the company to open a store in the shopping centre in the city.
They said: “Well Derry!
“The sausage roll is out of the bag!
“Looks like we have ‘JIMJAM X’ to thank for making this happen for our city...
“Derry’s FIRST EVER GREGGS is coming to FOYLESIDE.
“Get ready to welcome the iconic brand and finally get your hands on the sausage rolls, bakes, and pastries you’ve been dreaming of for years!”
There has been no announcement of when Greggs will open in the Foyleside, but fans of the store can begin their anticipation.
