Three Rivers' gold medallists with coach Martin McNamee.
The Three Rivers Shotokan Karate Club was toasting a pair of gold medals at the weekend.
Club members competed at the North South Karate Championships on Saturday.
Lauren Wallace and Thia Hannigan both won gold in their respective categories.
The Championships were held at the Royal Belfast Academical Institution on College Square in Belfast.
Kata and kumite categories were held for all ages.
The medals continue the good form of Three Rivers participants at competitions.
