Noeleen Scanlan will run this weekend at the UK Inter Counties Cross Country.
The Letterkenny AC woman is a part of the Northern Ireland & Ulster team who will compete at Prestwold Hall, Loughborough.
Scanlan is one of five senior women selected and the sole Donegal athlete chosen for Saturday’s race.
Athletics Northern Ireland were invited to enter a team into this event to compete against the counties and districts of England, Scotland and Wales.
No junior teams were entered by Athletics Northern Ireland due to a clash with the All-Ireland Schools Cross Country and the Ulster Indoor Championships.
