Moville mixed martial artist Darragh Kelly will be back in the cage in September.

Kelly is set to take on Jelle Zeegers in a featherweight bout as Bellator returns to the 3Arena in Dublin on September 23.

Kelly is 4-0 as a professional and earlier this month won the Clan Wars featherweight title when defeating Andre Ferreira in Belfast.

The 'Moville Mauler' stopped Ferreira via a d'arce choke in the second round having been given permission to fight out of his Bellator contract.

The 25-year-old has two bouts remaining on his Bellator agreement and will fight for the fourth time at the 3Arena.

Kelly fights out of Straight Blast Gym in Dublin, where he trains under the tutelage of John Kavanagh.

Previously, Kelly has beaten Junior Morgan, Kye Stevens and Dorval Jordan at the Dublin Docklands.

Dutchman Zeegers holds a 2-2 record and will be ending a 22-month sequence without a fight when he takes on Kelly. Zeegers hasn't fought since a unanimous decision defeat to Ahmad Abbas in November 2021.
