Danny Boyle went into Saturday's fight off the back of two opening professional wins.
Danny Boyle drew his third professional boxing bout on Saturday evening when the judges scoring cards couldn’t split the Dungoe man and opponent Harley Colisson at York Hall, London.
With previous wins secured over both Robbie Chapman and Kristaps Zulgis, the super-middleweight found Southhampton native Collison a tough and durable competitor.
Boyle - a two-time Irish Colleges champion for LyIT in 2018 and 2019, when he was boxing out of his native Dungloe Boxing Club - had predicted a KO stoppage during the week so he’ll be disappointed that he failed to get his hand raised on this occasion.
