Kelly McGrory warmed up for the Olympic Games by finishing second over 400m in Belgium on Saturday evening.
The Laghey woman clocked 53.17 seconds at the Flanders Cup in Ninove.
Imke Vervaet of Belgium won in 52.03 seconds with McGrory followed by fellow Irish athletes Lauren Cadden, Cliodhna Manning and Rachel McCann.
Tir Chonaill AC athlete McGrory is preparing for her first Olympic Games, confirmed as part of both the mixed 4x400m and women's 4x400m squads for Paris.
McGrory set a new Donegal 400m record, going 52.62 seconds at the IFAM Outdoor meet in Brussels in May.
The 27-year-old competed in the 400m hurdles at the European Athletics Championships in Rome, where she also clocked a Donegal record of 57.10 seconds.
