Donegal jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle has maintained his impressive form this year with yet another victory as he guided the 7/1 shot Oriole to victory in the 5:25 McDonagh Capital Investments Handicap at Galway.

Riding for trainer Miss Natalia Lupini, the Donegal man pushed out and went clear inside final furlong edging ahead of Willie Mullins Alpha Capture.

Additionally, McMonagle achieved a second-place finish in the 4:15 race, riding Elzem for trainer J P O’Brien.

This comes days after the young jockey achieved a remarkable victory in his debut race at Goodwood Racecourse in the UK as he steered Black Forza to triumph in the Richmond Stakes.
