Donegal jockey Oisin Orr
Oisin Orr continued a successful weekend of racing with two wins at Pontefract on Sunday afternoon, which finishes the Donegal jockey’s week with a total of five wins over the last four days.
Orr got his Sunday off to a great start, winning the 3:45pm race at Pontefract on the 10/11 favourite Powerful Glory for trainer Richard Fahey before getting his second win of the day in the 4:45pm race, as he won aboard 11/2 shot Marine Wave.
This follows on from his Saturday win on board Dare to Hope at Ripon.
This finishes an excellent weekend of racing for the Donegal man who secured victory on Wednesday on board 9/4 Glistening Nights at Beverley, while adding a second win on Thursday at Thirsk on 11/8 Force And Valour trained by George Scott.
