Donegal jockey Dylan Browne McMonagle secured a well-deserved victory at Down Royal on Friday evening on board The Marty Party.

On the 3-1 favorite, the Donegal jockey triumphed in the Grant Thornton Nursery Handicap over seven furlongs. It was a thrilling race, with Browne-McMonagle edging out Midnight Stagger by just half a length.

He is also scheduled for four more rides at Navan on Saturday.

This follows on from his great night on Tuesday when the Donegal rider had no less than four placings at Gowran Park where he won one race and was third in three other races at the Kilkenny track, claiming victory on board Mr Percy.
