Erika Morrow picked up a gold and bronze medal at the All-Ireland Indoor Rowing Championships on Saturday at the UL Sports Arena in Limerick.
The Loughros Point girl, alongside Kate and Nessa Ginty, Tullaghan Bay Rowing Club, were quickest in the 200m relay to take the national title.
Erika was back on the podium on her own later that same day as she took third in the J15 1,000m event.
