Letterkenny 31
Coleraine 29
Letterkenny came back from the brink at Dave Gallaher Park on Saturday to gain a valuable league win over visitors Coleraine.
Having fallen 29 to 10 behind by the hour mark, Coleraine looked to be on their way to a comfortable win.
However, Letterkenny staged a grandstand comeback in the last 20 to take the win by two points.
Coleraine had a late chance from a penalty to snatch it back but thankfully, from a Letterkenny point of view at least, it trailed wide.
On a bitterly cold afternoon, the likes of Peter Scott, from penalties, and tries from Ralf Mealiff, Brian McGinley and Daniel Faulkner twice late on sealed a truly dramatic finale as Letterkenny took the win.
