Letterkenny RFC’s U-18 team delivered a night of thrilling rugby action on Wednesday against Rainey RFC, showcasing impressive talent and teamwork in securing a resounding 41-14 victory over Rainey.

The U-18 side displayed exceptional skill and determination, with a series of spectacular tries. Jack Robinson led the charge with an impressive hat-trick of tries and was ably supported by Mark Franklin, Charlie Wheeler, Rory O’Brien, and Oisin McGuinness, each adding their name to the scoreboard.

Rory O’Brien also played a pivotal role in conversions, successfully slotting three kicks to add to the team’s tally.

This emphatic win has set up a tantalising league decider as the Letterkenny U-18s head to Ballymena this Saturday. The stakes are high, with the title on the line following Ballymena’s home victory over Coleraine.
