Drumbar United FC plan to install floodlights at their main pitch.

The ambitious club have lodged planning permission for the erection of the floodlights at their Brookfield home.

The application was lodged with Donegal County Council in the name of Kevin Martin on behalf of Drumbar United FC.

The club is seeking the green light for the construction of six floodlights to their existing football field. The application caters for all ancillary site development works.

A recently-added new grass pitch is now firmly up and running at the venue.

Drumbar compete in the Donegal Junior League and in 2021 joined the ranks of the Donegal Women’s League at senior level. The club also has a thriving underage section and they have been awarded an FAI Club Mark entry level accreditation.
