Noe Baba is the latest player to once again commit to Finn Harps ahead of 2024.

Baba made 28 appearances for Harps last season, scoring two goals including the winner against Kerry FC in September.

Hot on the heels of Oisin Cooney committing on Monday, boss Darren Murphy has also recently tied down the likes of club captain Ryan Rainey, Patrick Ferry, Sean O’Donnell, Stephen Doherty, Tim Hiemer, Matty Makinson, Jamie Watson, Max Hutchison, Tony McNamee and Kevin Jordan.

With Ryan Flood and Seamus Keogh expressing a desire to speak to other clubs in recent days, Murphy was delighted to add Baba’s name to those committing for 2024.

“We’re delighted to have Noe tied down for another year. He came into the group last year without a proper preseason and was thrown right into the thick of the action but took it all in his stride.

“He’s a total professional, and his experience is massive for the squad and for some of the younger boys coming up through the academy so this was an important deal for us to get done as we keep building for 2024.”
