Letterkenny Community Centre played host to the 2023/24 Primary Schools Sixth Class Letterkenny Cup Final, between St Eunan's Raphoe and Scoil Mhuire Milford.

The game was played in blustery conditions but this did not stop the two teams serving up a treat for the travelling fans.

The game began and a cagy affair opened up when a fantastic move was finished by Lewis Quinn and St Eunans took the lead. Scoil Mhuire would not be deterred though and came roaring back into the game with a long range free kick from their Goal Keeper Jake Morgan. The first half ended 1-1.

St Eunans Raphoe took the lead again when Jayden Laird finished to the neat with a fantastic backheel. Once again the Milford keeper scored from a long range free kick and the game remained 2-2 until the final 10 minutes.

Goals from Lewis Quinn and Jayme Lafferty from the spot, after Lewis Quinn had been taken down, sealed the win for the boys from Raphoe. Jayme Lafferty the St Eunan's captain received the trophy from the referee and the celebrations began.
