Finn Harps honoured the team that won the inaugural League of Ireland Down Syndrome Cup during last Thursday's First Division win over Kerry.
In early June, Harps were crowned champions when coming out on top in the tournament held at the Gormanston Sports Complex in County Meath.
Harps comprehensively saw off Dundalk in the decider to take the cup back up to Donegal and the squad was paraded at half-time of Thursday evening's game against Kerry FC at Finn Park.
The Harps squad that travelled was: David Crawford, Daniel O’Reilly, Meg Carr, Keigan Taylor, Hughie Sweeney, Kealan Doherty, Leanne Kelly and Shaun McCosker.
Grouped with Shelbourne and Sligo Rovers, Harps played both sides in their section twice. They defeated Shels on both occasions, 2-0 and 6-0 as well acccounting for Rovers 5-1 and 1-0
Moving onto the knockout stages, they saw off both Wexford 6-0 and, in the final, defeated Dundalk 6-1.
Tony McNamee, Danny Ferry and Stephen McNutt made up the management and mentors team.
