Stephen McConnell’s side was due to travel to St Patrick's Park on Sunday but will now instead turn attentions towards a home clash with Gweedore Celtic in the next round

Letterkenny Rovers progress in FAI Junior Cup as Drumkeen United fail to field 

Lettekrenny Rovers have been handed a 3-0 away FAI Junior Cup victory after opponents Drumkeen United failed to field on Sunday. 

Stephen McConnell’s side will now take on Gweedore Celtic, at home, in the next round. Last season, Rovers reached the last 16 of the competition, losing out to Clonmel Celtic.

Under McConnell in the Donegal League, Rovers have won two promotions in three seasons are are now looking forward to a shot at the Premier Division this term.
