Finn Harps have been awarded an SSE Airtricity Men's First Division licence for the 2025 season.
The League of Ireland has confirmed the awarding of the licences for the new season.
Harps have again been given a First Division licence.
All 10 clubs set to compete in the 2025 Premier Division have been granted licences to compete in the top flight.
Troubled Dundalk, who have been relegated to the First Division, have not yet been awarded a licence.
A consortium which was fronted by Dundalk-based solicitor John Temple took over the club from Brian Ainscough earlier in the year.
Dundalk, in a statement, said: “Significant progress for Club Licensing 2025 has been made working with our partners in the FAI.

"It was always widely understood that the process this time around would be difficult.”
Licencing Officer Shane Elliott oversees the Harps application.
