Letterkenny Rovers celebrate winning the Saturday League Division Two title in Gweedore

Letterkenny Rovers sealed the Donegal League Saturday League Division Two with a 6-1 win at Gweedore Celtic.

The Leckview side, on Friday, had lifted the Donegal League Premier Division title after their 4-0 win against Kilmacrennan Celtic.

Away to Gweedore Celtic, Jordan Nugent opened the scoring for Letterkenny nine minutes in, only for the hosts to level through Peter Carragher's penalty on 24 minutes, while the visitors had also been reduced to 10 men after Joshua Wade's second yellow card two minutes later.

However, Letterkenny got ahead nine minutes into the second half when substitute Conor O'Donnell was on the mark, and another replacement, BJ Banda, came off the bench on the hour to score a hat-trick, with goals in the 66th, 86th and 92nd minutes. Artem Tymoshchenko had made it 4-1 with six minutes to play.
