Callan-McFadden drops a league after leaving King's Lynn Town, but his new side will be pushing towards the top end of the seventh tier of English football

Kyle Callan-McFadden has joined Southern League Premier Central club Leiston.

The Ramelton man had spent four seasons with King’s Lynn Town in the National League North, helping his side to sixth place last year, although they were defeated by Chorley in the play-offs.

The 30-year-old began his professional career with Norwich City and had spells in Orlando and spent four seasons at Sligo Rovers, but moved back to the South East of England with the Linnets in 2020.

Leiston finished tenth in the Southern League Premier Central last season, one step below the National League North and South.
