Bonagee United were officially presented with the Women’s League trophy on Tuesday night after a 3-1 win over Keadue Rovers.

Star striker Hannah Hopkins struck twice, with Chantelle Grant also on target. The team had already secured the title earlier in the week thanks to a 2-0 victory over Letterkenny, where Hopkins again netted both goals.

Their fine form continued into cup competition on Sunday as they overcame Letterkenny 6-3 in the Ulster Cup quarter-final, Hopkins firing in four goals to cap a remarkable run of eight goals in just eight days.
