Buncrana Hearts manager Gary Duffy
Gary Duffy has been appointed as the manager of the Ulster team for the 2026 FAI Interprovincial Tournament.
Next year’s tournament is scheduled to take place in Donegal - and the Ulster FA have moved to make a swift appointment.
Buncrana Hearts manager Duffy has been named as the team manager.
Duffy has drafted a high-profile backroom team that will include John Quigg, a former Derry City coach, and Anthony Gorman, the former Finn Harps manager now coaching at Letterkenny Rovers.
Carndonagh’s Gerard Crossan will be the goalkeeping coach and Tommy Mulhern will act as the strength and conditioning coach - a role he currently has at Buncrana Hearts.

“I am delighted to get the job and can't wait to get started,” Duffy said. “I’m also delighted with the lads who will be part of our backroom staff they will bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the setup so roll on next March.”
