Mark Russell
In 2019, Horgan snapped wing-back Russell up from Falkirk in Scotland.in the 2014-15 season he had been on the Scottish League One Team of the Year and he showed his worth across two-and-a-half seasons in Ballybofey. Russell played 65 times and bagged four goals before departing for Morton in 2021.
