The Donegal Underage League U14 side managed by Paddy McNulty
It promises to be a hugely significant afternoon for the Donegal Underage League on Sunday with three inter-league sides in action across the country in the SFAI series.
U12 SFAI Inter-League: Preliminary Quarter-Final
Marcus Oliver’s U12s will head to Sligo in confident mood as they prepare for a testing preliminary quarter-final clash with the Limerick & District Schoolboy League.
Donegal have impressed throughout the campaign and will believe they have the quality and work-rate to advance, though Limerick’s pedigree at this level ensures there will be no margin for complacency.
The tie kicks off at 2pm on Sunday at Arrow Harps FC, with a place in the latter stages of the national competition up for grabs.
U14 SFAI Inter-League: Semi-Final
There is an even bigger prize on offer for Paddy McNulty’s in-form U14 squad as they contest a national semi-final against the Waterford Schoolboy League.
McNulty’s talented group have shown excellent form in recent outings and will relish the challenge, but Waterford are traditionally strong at this grade and are sure to provide stern opposition.
Sunday’s semi-final kicks off at 2pm at Kingscourt Harps FC, with a place in the national final at stake.
U13 SFAI Inter-League Shield: Preliminary Quarter-Final
Meanwhile, the Donegal U13s are also on the road as they face the Wicklow & District Schoolboys League in their Shield preliminary quarter-final.
