Jack Mawditt signs for Bolton Wanderers
Donegal’s Jack Mawditt has secured his first professional deal with Bolton Wanderers.
The 18-year-old from Letterkenny began his football journey with Swilly Rovers before progressing through the academy systems at Finn Harps and Blackburn Rovers.

Having initially been awarded a two-year scholarship by Bolton at U-16 level, Mawditt has now taken the next step by signing a professional contract with the League One side.
A past student of Woodlands National School and St. Eunan’s College, Jack will now join up with fellow Irish player Johnny Kenny of Sligo, who is currently part of Bolton’s senior squad on loan from Celtic.
