New Finn Harps Chairperson Ian Harkin.
Ballybofey entrepreneur Ian Harkin has been elected as the new Chairperson of Finn Harps.
Donegal Live understands that Harkin, a new appointee to the Board of Directors in December, was elected to the position at a recent Board meeting.
At the annual general meeting of Finn Harps Co-Operative Society Ltd in December, Harkin was one of three new Board members ratified.
Letterkenny businessman Thomas Keys and Ethan Lee, a Buncrana native who has been Harps’ Media Officer in recent seasons, were also appointed.
New Chairperson Harkin, who succeeds Sean Quinn in the role, is the Co Founder of Arklu Ltd, who manufacture the world renowned Lottie Dolls range.
He is a son of Alex Harkin, a long-time Finn Harps Board member who has been heavily involved in FAI Schools.
