Ciara Grant signs for Rangers

Ciara Grant joined Rangers in January having played for Shelbourne last year

Letterkenny's Ciara Grant scored her first Rangers goal in this afternoon's 6-0 win over Hearts in the SWPL 1.

A double from Megan Bell and goals from Kirsty Howat,  Lizzie Arnot and Brogan Hay showcased another positive and dominant performance from the Light Blues as they continue their unbeaten run in the league campaign.

Former Shelbourne midfielder Grant made it 2-0 in the eighth minute after great build-up play from Tessel Middag and Sam Kerr. The win means Rangers have 19 wins and one draw from their 20 fixtures, meaning 58 points. Rangers are two points in front of Glasgow City, who have played a game more. Celtic are third on 48 points from 22 matches.
