Keadue Rovers have announced a new shirt sponsorship with the Rosses Credit Union.
Rosses Credit Union have sponsored the Keadue Rovers Under-12 girls, who compete in the Donegal Women’s League.
When approached, Credit Union manager Brigid O’Donnell said ‘absolutely’ when she heard what they would be putting their name to, and that young girl footballers in the community would benefit.
“The players and management are thrilled with this new partnership,” a Keadue Rovers spokesperson said.
“With more and more opportunities available to female footballers, we hope that the link between The Rosses Credit Union and Keadue Rovers will help promote and grow the sport of women's football in our community and will ensure that it is just the start of a lifelong love affair with the game for the young players who are starting out their careers.
“The club would sincerely like to thank Brigid and all at The Rosses Credit Union for their support. “They are an absolute beacon of light in our community and it is a pleasure to be associated with such a tremendous organisation and such brilliant people.”
