Plans have been lodged for a new development of clamping pods in Ardara.
Jessica Meehan has lodged an application for the proposed development at Kinnoghty, Ardara.
The proposed development would see the erection of four single storey clamping pods and a single storey reception building.
The planning application provides for the construction of a vehicular entrance, a vehicle parking area, gravel paths and landscaping throughout the site.
The developer also proposes to install a proprietary waste water treatment system. A natura impact statement (NIS) has also been lodged.
Donegal County Council anticipate that a decision on the application will be made by October 17.
