And what a prospect lies in store, whether you are young and not so young. It will take place at the Main Beach.

Manager Danielle Cathy told donegallive.ie: "This is a great opportunity to make history with this interactive beach art."

In what will be a Fun Interactive beach art experience, you can join fellow volunteers for what has been described as a "one of a kind beach art".

"We are looking for volunteers to partake in a large scale, innovative, visual beach art at 12pm on Sunday, October 15 on the main beach."

It was originally to host the event to coincide with the annual Bundoran Bay swim in August, but bad weather scuppered that attempt, but it should be all systems go for this weekend.
