The Highlands Hotel in Glenties have made a move to dispel rumours saying they were about to close.
Management and staff have released a statement on social media to reassure people there is no truth in the whispers and thanked them for their continued support.
"Dear Valued Guests and Community," they wrote.
"We would like to address recent rumors circulating about The Highlands Hotel closing its doors in the New Year. We want to assure our guests, upcoming bookings & community that these rumors are entirely false.
"There are no plans whatsoever for the closure of The Highlands Hotel. We remain fully operational with the same dedication to providing exceptional hospitality that you have come to expect from us.
"We understand the importance of clear communication, and we appreciate your ongoing support. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
