St Naul’s NS from Keelogs, Inver, win Divisional Final of the Garda Schools Quiz

St Naul’s National School from Keelogs, Inver, finished ahead of Scoil Aodh Rua agus Nuala, Donegal Town, while third place went to Scoil Naomh Bríd, Downings at the Mount Errigal Hotel on Tuesday night.

St Naul’s National School from Keelogs, Inver, have been crowned as the winners of the Divisional Final of the Garda Schools Quiz.

They finished ahead of Scoil Aodh Rua agus Nuala, Donegal Town, while third place went to Scoil Naomh Bríd, Downings at the Mount Errigal Hotel on Tuesday night.

“Well done to all who took part in the Divisional Final of the Garda Schools Quiz,” An Garda Siochana said. “Thank you to everybody who took the time to come along to support the students taking part in the quiz. They have done themselves, their families and their schools very proud.

“Our newly appointed Chief Superintendent, Goretti Sheridan received a few autograph requests from the kids taking part and she was delighted to oblige!

“A final note of appreciation for our Sponsors - Donegal County Council represented by Ross Hannigan, Donegal Motor Club represented by Brian Brogan and John Crumlish and the Mount Errigal Hotel for providing the venue. Thank you as always to Louise Mc Keever from the RSA for all of her assistance and for creating such a fun atmosphere for the kids.”
