Appeal for sightings of a ‘lone male’ following cash theft at business premises

A burglary occurred at a business premises on Main Street, Bundoran. 

The glass on the back door of the property was smashed and entry was gained. Two cash registers were forced open and a sum of cash was stolen from them. The incident occurred around 2am to 3am on Saturday, March 23. 

“We appeal to anybody who may have relevant information in relation to this incident to contact gardaí in Ballyshannon on 071-9858530,” a garda spokesperson said.  

“If anybody travelled in the area of Main Street, Bundoran or within the general area of the town between 2am and 3am on Saturday March 23 who had a dash cam, we ask them to make the footage available to gardaí. 

“We are particularly interested of any sightings of a lone male on foot in the area between those times. The Garda Confidential line may be contacted on 1800 666 111.”
