Motorists are being urged to drive with caution tomorrow. Donegal County Council gritters will be in action on all main routes from 8pm this evening and again from 6am Saturday morning.
A snow alert remains in place until 10am Saturday.

Weather will be mixed with strong winds and further heavy rain expected. Donegal County Council have said that due to potential flooding on Sunday morning the Donegal Town Pier Car Park will remain closed from 6:30am until 9:30am.
A yellow rain warning is in place for Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo on Saturday at 1600 until Sunday at 1600. Further warnings may be issued over the weekend and Met Éireann are advising people to keep a close eye on both local and national weather forecasts and warnings over the weekend.
