Peter Burke on Countdown
A Killybegs man is currently defending his title on Channel 4’s Countdown this afternoon.
Peter Burke, who is originally from Killybegs, has been the champion of the TV gameshow since last Thursday.
The son of Fergus and Brenda Burke, the family moved to live in Donegal Town a number of years ago. Peter has since moved to work in London.
Peter will today defend his title for the fourth day running. He has faced a number of challenges over the last number of days but continues to impress judges and viewers with his wealth of knowledge and numerical ability.
Friends and family are certain to be tuned to support him.
