Dunfanaghy Boxing Club's Conor Durning.
Boxing returns to the Ozanam Centre on Sunday as Dunfanaghy Boxing Club hosts its annual tournament.
Dunfanaghy BC matchmakers have been busy matching a series of blistering bouts that should draw a big crowd to the north west Donegal venue.
Dunfanaghy BC’s Irish champion Conor Durning will spearhead the local charge.
Durning defeated Mullingar puncher Jack McNamara to land the Irish Youth 2 57kgs title earlier this year.
On Sunday, Durning - who will be aiming to hit back from a recent defat at the Ulster 9 County Championships - will take to the home canvas to square up to Omagh BC”s Padraig Taggart.
Dunfanaghy BC’s Ulster kingpins Luke Kelly, Jack Boyle and Sean Doohan will all be among Sunday’s lead protagonists.
Kelly faces Illies Golden Gloves’ Paul McCloskey with Boyle meeting St Joseph’s, Derry’s Joe Cunningham and Dunree man Jason McGilloway is in Doohan’s crosshairs.
The likes of Owen O’Donnell, Paddy Scott, Eddie McBride, Owen McDonagh, Nainci McMonagle, Harry McBride, Conor McFadden, Carys McFadden and Tiernan McGinley will all be in action for Dunfanaghy BC.
Action gets underway at 5.30pm
