Scoil Mhuire Buncrana was abuzz with excitement as former pupil and current Shelbourne club captain, Mark Coyle, made a special visit to the school, proudly bringing along the League of Ireland Premier Division Trophy. 

During his visit, Coyle took the time to address the students, sharing an inspiring message about the importance of hard work, dedication, and self-belief in achieving one’s dreams. 

The school community expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Coyle for taking time out of his busy schedule to reconnect with his roots and share this memorable moment. “He is a true gentleman and an inspiration to our youth,” said a post on the school’s Facebook page. 

The staff and students wished Mark continued success in his football career, adding that his achievements serve as a source of great pride and motivation for the entire school.
