Status yellow weather warning issued for Donegal with localised flooding and poor visibility expected

Met Éireann issues warning with heavy rain expected across the county

Spells of heavy rain are expected across the county today. Met Éireann issued a weather warning earlier today in relation to the expected weather conditions. 

The forecaster says that it will also be blustery. There may be localised flooding and poor visibility while traveling.  

The warning is valid from noon today until midnight.

It is forecast to be windy tomorrow, Satuday, with fresh and gusty west to northwest winds continuing through the day. Winds are expected to be strong at times, especially in coastal areas.
