Sunny spells to continue in Donegal, Met Éireann say

Met Éireann have said the sunny weather in Donegal will, by and large, continue today, Sunday.

Dry and mostly sunny this morning. A bit more cloud will develop during the afternoon with the chance of the odd light shower developing later. Highest temperatures generally of 13 to 17 degrees, coolest near coasts, with light easterly or variable breezes.

Dry with long clear spells for most of tonight with a chance of a stray light shower. However, later in the night, more cloud will develop. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees generally in light variable breezes with some patchy mist or fog developing.

A good deal of cloud tomorrow with the possibility of a few light showers though some sunny spells will still break through. Moderate northerly winds will develop through the day, increasing fresh at times on northeastern coasts. Highest temperatures of 12 to 15 degrees.
