A cold start today, Sunday, in Donegal with any frost or ice patches clearing fairly quickly this morning Met Éireann says.
There'll be a good deal of cloud but with some sunny spells developing. Lots of dry weather overall but with some showers. Highest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees in moderate to fresh northeast breezes.
It will be mostly cloudy tonight but there'll be some clear spells. It will hold mostly dry apart from the chance of an isolated shower. Lowest temperatures of zero to +4 degrees in moderate northeast winds. A touch of frost is possible in sheltered parts.
It looks set to be cold and breezy on Monday with showers becoming fairly widespread in the afternoon, some turning wintry as the day progresses. Highest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees in fresh easterly winds.
