A Status Yellow Wind Warning has been issued for Donegal, with strong and gusty southwest winds expected.
The weather alert is valid from Sunday at 2pm until 10pm and Clare, Kerry, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, and Sligo are also under the warning. The warning, which was first issued for between 4pm and midnight, has been brought forward for between 2pm and 10pm.
