The N56 road is open again following a two-car collision that took place earlier today, Sunday.
Emergency services attended the scene of the collision which occurred around 2:30pm. A stop-go system had been put in place.
Motorists had been asked to take an alternative route as a result of the incident. However, gardaí have confirmed the road is now open to road users.
