Conor Ó Gallachóir is a second year Masters student studying the Máistir Gairmiúil san Oideachas
Conor Ó Gallachóir has been crowned the winner of the Comórtas Amhránaíocht d'Fhir Faoi 35 at the Oireachtas na Samhna in Killarney.
A native of Gortahork, the 22-year-old sang Bríd Bhán agus Seachrán Charn tSiail to take the award for the first time.
Conor is a second year Masters student studying the Máistir Gairmiúil san Oideachas, whilst also working in the broadcast media covering GAA for Raidió na Gaeltachta in Donegal, as well as being the PRO of his local Cloughaneely GAA club. He also works with Pleanáil Teanga Chloich Cheann Fhaola in the Irish department in PCC. He attended national school in Gortahork and attended Pobalscoil Chloich Cheann Fhaola.
