The official opening of the newest branch of McCafferty's Bar is set to take place this evening, Friday, in Lettermacaward.
The brand new venue is set to host live music by Brendan Maxwell to mark the opening and on Saturday, Darren Boot will perform from 10pm.
McCafferty’s will host a full day of St Patrick’s Day events, kicking off at 2:30pm. The venue will see musician Brendan Maxwell, Stad, an Irish Dancing display, Adam Dolan and Micheal Mannering take to the stage to celebrate in style on Sunday.
“Well folks, here it is, our St Patrick's Day lineup,” McCafferty's Bar, Lettermacaward shared. “It's going to be a mighty day filled with craic agus ceol, you won't want to miss it.”
This is the fourth McCafferty's to open in Donegal, with a branch located in Donegal Town, which was the first established in 2016, Dungloe and Letterkenny.
The new venue situated in Lettermacaward was formerly known as McCready's Bar/The Gweebarra Bar.
