The search is on for the Dungloe Mary to represent the Rosses at 2025 Festival

The selection night for the 2025 Dungloe Mary is set to take place early next month.

Áine McGee represented her native Dungloe at the Mary from Dungloe International Arts Festival in 2024, with the Donegal Mary, Clare O’Donnell from Letterkenny crowned the overall winner in August. 

The long-running festival began in 1967 and is exceptionally popular with locals and tourists. The festival has grown from strength to strength over the years. The 10-day festival in 2025 is scheduled to take place from July 26 to August 4.

Mary From Dungloe International Arts Festival committee said: "We are on the lookout for someone to proudly represent Dungloe at the 58th Mary from Dungloe International Arts Festival! Don’t miss this chance to be a part of something extraordinary!"
