One of the events that took place as part of Culture Night 2023
Culture Night will be taking place nationwide on Friday, September 20. There are multiple events taking place across Donegal, so there will be something for everyone.
Culture Night which is an all-island public event takes place each year on the second last Friday of September and celebrates culture, creativity and the arts.
There are 14 events taking place in Letterkenny, there are also nine events taking place all over the Gaeltacht and one event in Donegal Town.
Most of the events are free to attend and don’t require a booking. However, if you’d like to attend the ‘Behind the scenes in the library’, ‘Ceili ag an che’, ‘A night on the sea’, or ‘Elusive Theatre present The quare fellow by Brendan Behan’ booking is required. The events range from talks, interactive experiences, music events, live performances, photography and dance.
